About me

I'm a product designer and design lead based in Warsaw.

Most of my work is complex B2B software – the kind with data models, permissions and long processes running behind the screens. I like those problems. The hard part is rarely the interface; it's working out what's actually going on underneath before anyone can design anything sensible.

I lead a design team, and leading has never meant stepping away from the work. I still research, prototype and design. I build design systems, and I care about whether people actually use them more than how many components they hold.

I talk about design in plain words – everyone in the room should be able to join in. If something I've made needs a translator, I haven't finished making it.

I trained as a graphic designer at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. That's probably why I can't leave a screen alone until the typography is right.

AI is part of how I work now. Not as a party trick – as a way to get from an idea to something real quickly, with the decisions staying mine.
